Midlands Air Ambulance Charity operates and funds three air ambulances and a fleet of critical care cars covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. This lifesaving service costs £13-14 million each year and is funded by donations only.

Story

In March 2026 I’m taking on the challenge of a lifetime – trekking to Everest Base Camp.

It will be a test of endurance, strength, and determination, but every step I take will be for something far greater than myself.

I’m raising awareness and funds for three incredible charities:

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, who save lives by reaching people in their greatest time of need.

PTSD UK, who support those living with the often-hidden struggles of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Mind, who work tirelessly to make sure no one faces a mental health problem alone.

Reaching the foot of the world’s highest mountain is more than an adventure – it’s a symbol of resilience, hope, and the belief that with the right support, we can overcome even the toughest challenges.

By supporting my trek, you’ll be helping these life-changing charities continue their vital work – saving lives, supporting minds, and giving people strength when they need it most.
