We are to provide clear information, and warm-hearted support, for those affected by ADHD and ADD. We want to reduce discrimination by increasing awareness and employer understanding. We advocate for political change to increase NHS resources and employment opportunities for those with ADHD and ADD.

Story

I will be running the Richmond Park Half Marathon on 7th April to raise money for the charity ADHD UK.

ADHD/ADD is a condition that affects a significant amount of children and adults. This charity is set up to advocate for those with ADHD/ADD with issues they face with education, employment, government and healthcare. They undertake meaningful research and give support to both the individual with the conditions and their families and friends. I am a trainee solicitor working in a family and child care law team team which aims to tackle legal barriers the neurodivergent community faces within family court proceedings and dispute resolution and advocate for reform of the family justice system in this regards. Charities such as ADHD UK provide very important support to assist individuals in navigating life, whilst increasing awareness about the condition.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated!
