Story
New Year. New Challenge.
This year I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet: running 100km in a single day around the Dorset coastline as part of the Ultra Jurassic Challenge. Ahead of that, I’ll also be lining up an ultra marathon as a brutal warm-up.
I love running, but this is about far more than personal endurance. It’s about backing a cause that truly matters.
Women’s safety and dignity are under sustained threat in the UK. Survivors of sexual abuse too often face silence, bureaucracy and systems that fail to put them first. That is simply unacceptable.
I’m proud to be fundraising for The Survivors Trust, a charity doing vital, frontline work to support survivors of sexual violence and abuse. It is the only UK- and Ireland-wide umbrella organisation for specialist services supporting survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. Their mission is clear: to ensure survivors are properly supported and to drive real change to end sexual violence.
If you’re able to donate, any contribution—big or small—will make a real difference. Your support helps ensure survivors are believed, supported and protected.
Thank you so much for standing with me.
