Story
I am running my first-ever marathon to support The Salvation Army and the incredible work they do to help people experiencing homelessness and hardship.
This marathon represents a huge personal challenge for me. Training for and completing 26.2 miles will test both my physical and mental strength, but I am determined to cross the finish line knowing I am helping a cause I truly believe in.
I have always admired the way The Salvation Army supports those facing homelessness, providing not only practical help such as shelter, food, and essential services, but also hope, dignity, and a pathway to a better future.
By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise vital funds to help The Salvation Army continue their life-changing work. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and help support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Thank you for supporting me on my journey and helping me make every mile count.
