Story

Calling out to our families, friends and the community of Plymouth to help us raise as much money for a cause very close to our hearts …….♥️

Many of you may or may not be aware of our family’s journey last summer with both Leon my brother and Lisa my wife being admitted onto the intensive care unit at Derriford Hospital .

These circumstances have deeply connected us to the incredible work done at the ICU , without them, our lives could have looked a lot different now .

Witnessing firsthand with Leon and Lisa being admitted on two separate occasions this year, we are touched by the dedication and compassion of the doctors, nurses, and staff during our most vulnerable times, this has inspired us to give back. It’s not just about the medical treatment; it’s the care that makes a difference - the comforting words, the tireless support, and the cutting edge medical technology that offers hope to many families who are in the unfortunate position of needing care via the ICU .

We’ve decided to hold a charity event to support Spring Intensive Care Charity Plymouth because we believe in their mission - to provide exceptional care for everyone in our community. The funds we raise will go towards life saving equipment, fund nurses education and support the families of critically ill patients .

Please dig deep and any donation big or small will be much appreciated
