Story
Hi,
We're eagerly preparing to climb Snowdon with a group of friends on Sunday, May 26th! This isn't just about seeing breathtaking views, but also about raising awareness and support for children and young people with Down syndrome.
We're undertaking this climb in support of PSDS, a Surrey-based self-funded charity that helps children and young people with Down syndrome reach their full, individual potential. PSDS supports families through each stage of their child’s development, providing access to a remarkable range of specialist services and changing lives by altering perceptions about what a Down syndrome diagnosis truly means.
PSDS has annual running costs of £140,000, and the organization works tirelessly to ensure access to these services and to share with more people what children and young people with Down syndrome can achieve.
Our climb will take approximately 9 hours, and we're raising funds to help PSDS reach more individuals in need by increasing awareness about Down syndrome. Every penny counts, and every support you give means a lot to us and to children with Down syndrome.
Please donate or help increase awareness. Every contribution helps us build a better future for children and young people with Down syndrome.
Thank you,
Ismail Sevmez
