Story
Assalamu Alaikum – Peace be upon you all,
God willing, you are all in good health.
This coming March 8th, Omar, Ismail, and Roheel will, God willing, be running the Cambridge Half Marathon in the hope of raising funds for Human Appeal’s Sudan Emergency Appeal.
With over 30 million people in need of humanitarian aid, Sudan is facing one of the most severe and underreported humanitarian crises in the world today. Funds raised will go directly toward providing urgent relief, including food, medical assistance, and shelter, to families who have been displaced and left without basic necessities.
As this effort is taking place during the blessed month of Ramadan, the reward for charity is multiplied. We therefore urge you to consider donating—no amount is too small. Every penny counts, and your support can make a real and immediate difference.
To show the direct impact your donation can have:
• £15 – Provide a girl’s hygiene kit. Donate one and four more are provided free, preserving health and dignity through essential hygiene and menstrual items.
• £30 – Provide food for one orphan for an entire month.
• £50 – Provide a nutritious family food parcel, supporting a family for one month.
• £30 – Provide medical treatment for 10 people at a mobile clinic, including care for children, pregnant women, and those suffering from malnutrition.
• £80 – Provide two months of daily bread deliveries to a family, ensuring a secure source of nutrition.
• £130 – Provide a displaced family with weather-appropriate clothing after months of displacement.
May Allah reward you abundantly with goodness for your generosity and support.
