Standing Firm in Power and Pride

The Culture, Race and Ethnicity ERG at ISS is raising money for The Godwin Lawson Foundation
“Black History Month 2025”
Our aim is to reduce gun and knife crime by encouraging young people to identify their talents and fulfil their potential through providing positive opportunities so that they can avoid gang life and develop their capabilities as members of a tolerant society.

Story

Each October, Black History Month gives us the chance to honour and celebrate the enormous contributions of Black people to British history, culture, and society. It’s also a time to reflect, learn, and look forward to a future shaped by empowerment, unity, and growth.

This year as part of the Black History Month celebrations, the Culture, Race and Ethnicity ERG will be raising money for the Godwin Lawson Foundation.
