Team: Team NAR and Itchen for Solent Mind

In memory of Claire 'Chaos' Browne (Browner)

Claire's Three Peaks Chaos Challenge · 5 June 2026

We are Solent Mind, Hampshire's leading mental health charity. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services and raise awareness. We won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Story

Claire Browne was one of those rare people who could light up a room just by walking into it. Her energy, warmth, and one-of-a-kind personality made her unforgettable to everyone who knew her. She was brilliant, compassionate, and simply amazing to be around, her laugh was infectious.

Claire had signed up to take on the Three Peaks Challenge—a tough but inspiring adventure climbing the highest peaks in England, Scotland, and Wales. It was just yet another physical challenge for her to smash with zero training as usual!

Tragically, Claire passed away suddenly before she could complete the challenge.

Now, we’re doing it for her.

On 5/6/7th June 2026, we will climb those three peaks in Claire’s memory, carrying her spirit with us every step of the way. We’re raising £5,000 for Solent Mind, a charity that supports mental health and wellbeing—something Claire deeply cared about.

This isn’t just about reaching the summit. It’s about honouring Claire’s life, her passion, and her commitment to helping others. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us celebrate her legacy and support a cause she believed in.

Please donate if you can, and share this page to help us reach our goal. Let’s make sure Claire’s light continues to shine.

Thank you.
