I'm taking part in the SUP 11 Cities Tour (204.5km), a 5 day Challenge in The Netherlands that starts on 10th September, 2025. It's a really tough event, both mentally and physically, and although I've done it once before, I feel extremely fortunate and lucky to be able to paddle it again.

To this end, I want to use this event as an opportunity to raise money for a charity that supports the people of Palestine - Medical Aid For Palestinians.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees.

We can boycott, demonstrate, share, repost, shout and I'm going to paddle to try and help these people. One thing's for sure, I will not stay silent.
