Story
I’m taking on my first ever half marathon at the Oysho Royal Parks Half Marathon on 11 October 2026, and I’m doing it in support of the Mental Health Foundation. This challenge is deeply personal to me because I believe every step we take can help make conversations about mental health feel more open, normal, and compassionate.
The Mental Health Foundation is the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health. Their work focuses on prevention, aiming to understand and address the causes of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive. That mission matters, because supporting mental wellbeing helps create a stronger, kinder future for us all.
I’m hoping to raise £350 to support this important cause, and I’d be so grateful for your encouragement and generosity. Please consider donating if you can — your support will help continue vital work that makes a real difference.
