The Star Scheme operating under Chew Valley Rugby Club Football Limited

Our mission is, through the sport of rugby, to make a material difference in the lives of young people who are suffering or have suffered adverse childhood experiences, poverty or mental health issues, initially from the Bristol area, and then across the Southwest and UK.

We have 21 children currently involved and the aim is to roll it out to other clubs in the area and then nationally. It is already making a material difference to the lives of young children by providing a community where they belong.
