Ivy has decided that she would like to raise money for the little princess trust and cut off 12 inches of her hair on her 7th birthday.

Ivy has been torchering me for months to cut all of her hair off and I’ve always said ‘No!’ However when she came to me yesterday and asked again, followed by ‘but I want to give my hair to the children with cancer’ how could I say no!

So on the 29th August, her 7th birthday. Ivy will be chopping off 12 inches of her beautiful hair to donate to the Little Princess Trust.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
