Early last year my dear friend Kasia was diagnosed with skin lymphoma. Despite best medical efforts the first line of treatment has failed. Her condition has gotten worse over the last few months and she has recently started a new treatment. Whilst adjusting to new regime she has decided to do something that will keep her mind occupied with positive things…

Kasia has found Lymphoma Action to be a great source of well-referenced information. Ever since she has come across this charity, she has joined their online support groups, attended a regional meeting with national experts on the subject and even called the helpline at the time of emotional crisis.

September is Lymphoma Awareness Month, so I have decided to join Kasia in her efforts in raising funds for this amazing charity, because no one should be facing this condition alone! I will be taking on a challenge of running the Warsaw marathon on the 29th of September 2024 and Kasia will be there to cheer me on.
