We’re a team of five colleagues from Goonvean Group taking on a challenge - each of us running a full marathon (26.2 miles) over five days in support of South West Children’s Hospice.

As a company, we’ve supported this charity for the past two and a half years as part of a five-year partnership. In that time, we’ve seen how important their work is for children with life-limiting conditions and the families who rely on them.

This isn’t a relay - each of us will complete the full 26.2 miles ourselves across the five days, fitting it around full-time work and day-to-day life.

The money raised will help fund essential care and support, including:

• Specialist nursing care for children with complex medical needs

• Short breaks for families, giving them time to rest and recover

• End-of-life care focused on comfort and dignity

• Ongoing emotional and bereavement support

These services help families spend more time together and receive the support they need during incredibly difficult circumstances. If you’re able to support us, any donation - large or small - will make a real difference.
