Story
Three women.
100km. Two days. One brutal stretch of Jurassic Coast.
One of us is a fit twenty-something.
The other two? Middle-aged, slightly broken, and wildly underqualified — just trying to keep up and not get left behind.
We’re doing this for Action on Postpartum Psychosis (APP).
Two of us have had babies. We know how vulnerable those early days can feel even when things go well. We cannot imagine layering on the fear, confusion and loss of reality that postpartum psychosis brings — and having to fight to be believed or supported.
Postpartum psychosis is severe, sudden and terrifying — but it is also treatable when the right help is there. APP makes sure mums and families aren’t left alone at the moment they need support most.
This walk will hurt.
But it’s nothing compared to what families face when PP isn’t recognised or supported.
If you can donate, please do.
Help make sure no mum has to face this illness without hope, support, and understanding.
Every step is for them 💜
