In memory of my dear Dad 'Harry' who passed away on 11th September I have decided to carry on with my planned Ben Nevis challenge and do it for him, well I am going to give it my best shot!

I have also decided to raise funds for the palliative care ward Dad was on at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn, called Peddars Way. All the staff, from the doctors, nurses, cleaners and reception were so kind, thoughtful and caring providing a calm, peaceful, comfortable environment for Dad to pass surrounded by those he loved. We as a family were also looked after and cared for with compassion and kindness making sure we were fed and catered for, allowing us the precious time to just focus on Dad's last days.

So if you can donate any pennies to this amazing ward I promise to give it my all and get to the top, For Dad.
