Hi everyone,

On the 14th June 2025, I am doing the "Redo" for Help the Heroes, this is a cycle event up in the Highlands. It is 68 miles long with a total ascent of 6,000ft, as once is not enough, we have to climb both sides of the Cairn o'Mount.

Being Ex forces myself, I believe this is a great Charity.
