Flint House is a charity, entirely funded by donations from those in the police service and their families. It is with these generous donations that we help and heal 3,000 serving and retired police officers each year, providing physical rehabilitation as well as mental health support.

As an Ambassador for Flint House and someone who has undergone vital treatment there, I’ll be proud to take part in the 25km walk part of this challenge and raise some vital funds in the process, so my colleagues can continue to receive the treatment they do.
