This year I will be taking part in a number of events to test my physical capabilities all in the name of a great cause, Andy's Man Club!

Let's dig deep and make a difference! 😊

Sunday 13th July I will be racing in the dragon boat race on the river Ouse in York along with my fellow Police colleagues and friends.

In August I will be completing the coast to coast challenge by road bike.

September sees me taking part in the Great North Run half marathon and last but not least, in October I am competing in a PSUK CrossFit Competition with police colleagues and finally also in October Hyrox in Birmingham!
