Founded in memory of Russ Devereux, the Headlight Project aims to reduce the number of deaths by suicide in the Tees Valley, which has one of the highest regional rates in the country. We aim to achieve this by providing therapy to those bereaved by suicide, and delivering preventative education and training to schools, local businesses and the community.

'A guiding light when the road ahead is dark...'

On Monday 22nd June 2026 at Romanby Golf and Country Club I will attempting to play 126 holes (7 rounds) of golf alongside my eldest son Josh. This will be our 3rd event of this nature. We originally did 72 holes, then completed 100 holes last year. Not sure if we’ve bitten off more then we can chew going for 126, but as always we will give it our absolute best for a very worthy charity.
