In memory of our beautiful boy Jac, we are raising money for a wonderful charity that helped us massively during our time at Southampton Hospital.

"Sophie's Legacy" was set up in memory of Sophie Fairall, a brave 10 year old girl who decided that the conditions for families with a child in hospital needed to change.

We enjoyed regular nutritious meals from the charity - a lifesaver after an exhausting and emotional day at Jac's bedside. They also supplied toiletries and endless snacks at the Ronald McDonald House, as well as a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings for the whole Horton family on Christmas day.

Additionally, "Sophie's Legacy" fundraise for play specialists in the children's wards, improvements to food for children in hospitals, extra training for health professionals and more funding for childhood cancer too.
