As it is already going to be a very tough day for us we have decided to have a small intimate family lead funeral to remember Mum (Jacci Jones) with just family and a few close friends in attendance. We apologise to anyone that was hoping to attend.

We would be so grateful if you could donate to St Catherines Hospice in Mum's memory who REALLY helped us so much in our time of need and made Mum as comfortable as they could and we are so grateful to them.

Their support really helped us so much, they are the most amazing humans and do such an important job, it is very hard to believe they have to rely on donations alone for such an important job.
