This October I am going to be running the Oxford half marathon with Sam Marrige to raise money for Restore. Both I myself, my friends and my family have struggled with issues around mental health, and without support it can be incredibly hard to manage. Restore is an amazing local charity that aims to support the people of Oxfordshire with their mental health, and to allow them to continue thriving despite the challenges they face inside. They support over 500 people a year, and with your support I hope they can continue to grow this number.
