Hi there my name is Jack, I'm doing this fundraiser for my grandad!

My goal is to run a marathon by the end of November, raising money for St Margaret's Somerset Hospice, who are looking after my grandad who is terminally ill with cancer.

Jerome Mckevitt, is the best kind hearted man you could ever wish to meet in your life, a loving husband dad and grandad, always putting others needs in front of his own going out of his way no matter how ill he is.

As of making this he is in St Margaret's Hospice in his own beautiful room where he gets to see the birds flying around in a lovely well looked after garden, surrounded by loving nurses working around the clock to make sure that he isn't in pain.

£30 could pay for a telephone counselling session for someone who's recently lost a loved one

£50 could pay for one hour of nursing care for someone on our In-patient Unit

£100 could pay for two family support sessions, helping children prepare for life after the death of a parent

£400 could pay for a nurse’s shift on our adviceline tonight – we’ll be there when our patients and their families need us most
