Hi folks!

I'm running the Great North Run 2023 to raise funds for my organisation's charity of the year - WellChild. WellChild helps children and young people with exceptional health needs to be cared for at home instead of hospital.

Currently there are estimated to be more than 100,000 children with serious health needs across the UK. Many of who are spending months, even years, in hospital. Your donation will help Homes England & WellChild support these seriously ill children, young people and their families both emotionally and practically - such as through providing training to parents to enable them to support their child at home.

I was really pleased well WellChild was chosen as Homes England's charity of the year, and am now even more pleased to have the opportunity to raise some cash for it! My goal is to raise £500, but every penny counts, and your donation will make a difference in the lives of these children and their families.
