Story
In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of Refugee Action.
This isn’t just about fitness or completing a challenge, though it certainly will be that. It’s about putting my energy and effort behind something that matters deeply: the idea that no one should be punished for fleeing war, persecution or poverty. That people deserve dignity, safety, and the chance to rebuild their lives. And that Britain can, and should, do better.
We’ve seen a sharp rise in hostility towards refugees and people seeking asylum. It’s political, it’s manufactured, and it’s wrong. Refugee Action stands firmly against that tide. They offer practical support, fight unjust policies, and help people feel human again after unimaginable trauma.
I’m proud to be raising money for them. And I’d be incredibly grateful for anything you can give. Every donation supports frontline work and long-term advocacy to make this country more compassionate and just.
Thanks for standing with me, and with those who need it most.
