As some of you may know I’ve suffered through mental health from tender age of 16 with numerous suicidal attempts, One of which near fatal back in 2020.

Raising money for something that’s close to my heart and has helped me through the years who helps thousands of people in similar situation as I was.

Did you know;

- 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts.

- 1 in 14 people self-harm.

- 1 in 15 people attempt suicide.

I will be taking part in the MMA ultra event on 17/11/2024.
