In May 2024, I am going to be taking part in a Charity White Collar Boxing event in Central London. It is going to be a grueling 12x weeks of dedicated training but for a fantastic cause. The event has already sold out, however it will be recorded for everyone to watch and enjoy!

I chose Movember as my charity of choice because I am passionate about men's health issues, particularly those related to prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Movember's focus on raising awareness and funds for research and support programs aligned perfectly with my personal values and the desire to make a difference in the lives of men worldwide.
