I'm doing a 54km Ultra Marathon for Hospiscare, in recognition of the help they gave to my Grandad who had terminal cancer, towards the end of his life.

We were so grateful for their help in ensuring he was pain free and that his needs were responded to. I'm not expecting to be pain free on this run however, but I'm honoured to do this in memory of him.
