I’m fundraising for Children’s Hospice South West to help make the most of short and precious lives. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some of these amazing kids and brave families, and all the wonderful care teams who work so hard to make a really difficult situation just a little bit easier.

Children's Hospice South West provides hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

Please help me reach my fundraising target to provide care and support to babies, children, young people and their families across the South West.
