Story

As someone who struggled through school with Dyslexia but never being identified as having it even when i seeked help i know how important it is that people who need help and support have somewhere to turn to when they need it. Thats why I am running the London Marathon 2024 for Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity.

The work they do to support those who struggle with Dyslexia extremely important as you can feel helpless or not know where to turn but with Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity you can get that much needed support.

Dyslexia effects people differently and therefore different people need different types and levels of support. I struggle with words moving around on the page and my brain autocorrecting sentences so that i read them wrong.

Its important that its recognised more in school and workplaces to give those who need the help the support they need. Donating to me to support Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity will help those who need it.

There is a dedicated marathon team that are pushing themselves to the limit training in preparation for the event on 21 April 2024.

And if that wasn’t enough, they’re running to raise funds for the people that are being supported by Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity.

Through this amazing challenge, Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity will give hope to parents and children who come to the charity feeling hopeless, and help to boost the self esteem and confidence of someone who has felt alone and misunderstood.
