On the 14th September 2024 Jack, Dan and Max will be running the 100km Thames Path Ultra Marathon in support of Mind. The other half of the group, Tom, Will and Rupert, will be running in support of Cancer Research.

Whilst this 100k ultra marathon will be the biggest physical challenge any of this group are likely to face, we are lucky enough to be taking this on as a group. Just as we will support each other through this, no one should ever feel alone when facing a mental challenge. Mind are a charity that try and ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone, and we will be raising money to ensure that they can continue to offer support to those who need it most.

Despite 1 in 4 people in the UK experiencing mental health issues, many still do not recieve the help or support that they need. By donating to Mind you can ensure that they can continue to provide the support to those who are silently struggling.
