I am taking on the Run 100 Miles in October Challenge for Young Lives vs Cancer.

My cousins 4yr old child has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer. An amazingly strong boy with a huge heart. Young cancer charities are an absolute lifeline for families and if I/we can help in a small way to aid the lives of those going through the unimaginable then let’s do it! #Issacarmy

I haven’t done any run training since the 2nd lockdown in 2021. With just a couple practice runs done in the last week I’m ready for the pain and hurt, but nothing families are going through fighting cancer.
