We started a journey years ago to try and have this family and it was only then that we learnt that Rhi had been living with a condition called PCOS.

This condition can manifest itself in a number of ways and of most prominent in our lives made it extremely difficult to have a baby.

Living with Rhi going through the countless fertility treatments seeing what it does both physically and mentally to women that have this, is not nice to see it’s a brutal but very under recognised illness with little answers and very little support or treatment out there.

We got immensely lucky to have our little Walter and others unfortunately do not get as lucky and live with these awful symptoms everyday.

Rhis been a hero throughout it all and her courage and willpower gave us the ultimate gift.

Verity is a charity that helps woman with PCOS by not only offering support but campaigning to make this illness more supported.
