I'm thrilled to announce that on the 1st September I am running a half marathon to raise funds for Creative Mentor Network (CMN), a charity who aims to break through the class ceiling in the UK's creative industries and create socioeconomic diversity and inclusion within the creative sector.

Through the CMN mentoring programme in 2023, I was given the opportunity to embark on a number of exciting creative projects, and created lasting bonds that have opened doors I never thought possible. I was able to explore my potential as a music producer, composed and produced an album for a local artist, and confidently presented my work to other creative professionals.

CMN have set me on a journey and continue to support me in it, so running this half marathon is my way of saying thank you, and ensuring that more young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds have the opportunities and support they need to thrive in the creative world. Your donation will help CMN continue its vital work in creating more inclusive workplace cultures and opening up opportunities for the next generation of creative talent.
