🏃‍♂️💪 Meet our HYROX heroes, Jack Lewis and Outreach Worker Emma O'Hare!

In October 2026, Jack – son of our Chair of Trustees, Samantha Lewis – and Emma our Outreach worker will be taking on HYROX Birmingham to raise funds for the Veteran Support Centre. 🔥

For anyone unfamiliar with HYROX, it's a unique mix of running and fitness challenges designed to push competitors to their limits. Which means the next few months will likely involve plenty of training, aching legs, questionable life choices.

They're taking on this challenge to help raise vital funds so we can continue supporting veterans and their families across our community.
