Genesis Care are a small charity helping the over 55s retain their life skills and give their family carers respite from their caring role.

They are moving to larger premises and need help to provide the necessary equipment for those individuals in their care.

To try to raise money I (with my 2 sons) will be abseiling down Cathedral Quarry in the Lakes, which is 12 metres high or 40 feet.
