The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) was founded to support other charities and bring organisations together through collectively powerful collaborations to help transform the lives of young people across the UK, between 16-25, who are facing trauma and adversity.

Row Britannia is an inclusive (adaptive sport) mental health and fitness challenge by BRIT, for teams throughout the UK to raise vital funds for young people between 12th November 2019 and 13th March 2020 to support Sport Relief.
