This September, I’m running the Sheffield 10K to raise money for Rotherham Hospice in memory of my beautiful dad, Anthony Thomas Abel

In January 2026, he spent his final hours at the hospice, where he was cared for with such compassion, dignity, and kindness. The incredible staff also supported our family through one of the hardest days of our lives, and I will be forever grateful.

Every step I take is for my dad—my hero—and to help ensure other families receive the same exceptional care when they need it most.
