For those of you who know me my sister Kathy she has suffered from Alzheimers for the last 7 years. My dad suffered from vascular dementia and my mother-in-law suffered from alzheimers.

I have entered the Wigan 10k on 3rd September and as Kathy has deteriorated over the last few months it seems appropriate that I do the 10k run for Alzheimers.

Please help me raise money to support the work of Alzheimers Society.
