I've joined Team Linkage for the Great Grimsby 10k. Linkage Community Trust. Linkage are a great charity which helps adults with learning disabilities to achieve their potential in life. Any funds raised will go straight towards helping these individuals.

My brother has autism and growing being a part of each other's lives was a privilege. It also taught me that people with learning difficulties ,sadly, often face a battle to be heard and afforded the same opportunities in life as everyone else. I have seen first-hand how vital it is for people with learning difficulties to have the support they need, be it in education (my field), independent or supported living, or employment opportunities.

I have worked for this organization for almost a year now and have seen the fantastic work that everyone there does to give as much independence, knowledge, support and opportunity to people with learning difficulties as they deserve.

Times are tough, but organizations such as Linkage are more necessary than ever. Anything that you can give will make a difference. Thank you!
