Although I am dreading the 18 mile walk, I am nevertheless, impressed by the work that the Living Well Project does to improve the physical, emotional and social well being for the lonely and isolated, plus those living with dementia and their carers, within our local community. Having experienced this care for my own relatives, I walk to support those who do and need this vital care.
