Some of you may know that at the end of march this year Jack at the age of just 10 was hospitalised and very poorly with shingles in his throat/ear and developed Ramsey hunt (excruciating nerve pain, facial drop, lost of feeling, change/loss of taste to left side of his face) after a delay in starting the treatment this has left him now completely deaf in his left ear and he now wears hearing aids in both ears to try and give him some help hearing.

After a rough few months with recovering and frequent hospital visits, Jack has asked if he could raise money in aid of Essex deaf children’s society and has decided to walk from Clacton-on-Sea bowls club to Frinton bowls club according to Google maps is 6.6miles and will take just under 2hrs 50mins (I’m assuming this is adult pace) this will hopefully take place September 13th (weather dependant) any amount will help!
