We’re taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge for Andy’s Man Club

This September, our team – Pete, Howard, Jon, Max, Dug, Peter, Jacob, Jess, Tom, and Winston the Dog, with support crew Ade and Sal, will be tackling the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Andy’s Man Club, a charity committed to preventing male suicide and providing a safe space for men to talk, listen, and support each other.

The challenge will see us climb the three highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon – all within 24 hours. It’s going to be physically and mentally demanding, but nothing compared to the daily struggles many men face in silence.

Male suicide remains a major public health crisis in the UK, with men accounting for around three-quarters of all suicides. It remains the leading cause of death among men under 50. Despite rising awareness, male suicide rates have reached their highest levels in over two decades, highlighting the urgent need for targeted support.

We’re doing this for our brothers, our friends, our dads, our sons, for all the men who feel they have nowhere to turn. Andy’s Man Club is changing lives by helping to break the stigma around men’s mental health, and with your support, we can help them continue their incredible work.

We are also doing this in loving memory of Liam, a much-loved family member to some of the team who we recently lost to suicide. His passing has deeply affected his family, and all of us, and it's a heartbreaking reminder of why charities like Andy’s Man Club are so important. Liam’s memory will be with us every step of the way, and this challenge is, in part, a tribute to him and to everyone who has faced similar struggles.
