Team See You Latter – Race the Sun Keswick | 6th September 2025
Raising funds for Action Medical Research | Target: £950
Hi Everyone!
This September, we’re taking on a challenge that’s as meaningful as it is tough — together, as mum and son.
We are Team See You Latter, and on Saturday 6th September 2025, we’ll be racing from sunrise to sunset in the Race the Sun Keswick challenge — a full day of endurance in the Lake District, all in support of Action Medical Research.
Together, we’ll:
🚴♂️ Cycle 34 miles of hilly terrain
🏃🏽 Climb Skiddaw – one of England’s highest peaks at 931m
🛶 Kayak 2 miles across the stunning Derwentwater
Why this matters to us:
Isabel:
As a mum, I feel incredibly lucky to have watched both of my children grow up healthy and strong — something I never take for granted. This challenge is more than just a physical feat; it’s a chance to do something meaningful with my son while supporting a cause that gives other families the same hope we’ve had.
Jacob:
This challenge is personal for me. I’ve seen friends and loved ones face devastating illnesses like cancer and other life-threatening conditions — and I’ve lost some, too. Taking part in this race is a way to honour them and to help bring change through vital medical research.
We're supporting Action Medical Research, a UK charity that’s been funding groundbreaking medical breakthroughs for over 70 years — helping sick and disabled babies, children, and young people. From tackling premature birth to finding treatments for rare and incurable diseases, their work is life-changing.
Every single donation — big or small — helps us get closer to funding the next breakthrough. Your support can bring hope to children and families who need it most.
Please donate and be part of our journey.
With love and thanks,
Isabel & Jacob
