Hi everyone,

I'm joining the fight for better mental health and taking part in The BIG Sport Relief swim!

I'll be swimming 15km during the month of September for this great cause, so please donate generously if you can (and don't forget to tick the Gift Aid option, so that Comic Relief can claim an extra 25%).
