This December, I’m challenging myself to run at least 5 kilometers every single day to raise awareness and funds for Mind North Staffs, a mental health charity doing incredible work in our community.
But this isn’t just about the miles—it’s about making a difference. Along the way, I’m inviting anyone who might be struggling to join me for a run and a chat. I hope this small gesture can encourage open, honest conversations about mental health and remind people that they’re not alone.
December can be a tough time for many. The pressure of the holidays, financial stress, and the long, dark nights can weigh heavily on people’s mental well-being. Through this challenge, I want to bring light to those struggles, raise funds for Mind North Staffs, and encourage others to reach out for help when they need it.
