Jacob (aged 7) is keen to raise funds for the Heart of Kent Hospice. Jacob has decided that him and his Dad and Grandad Steve will climb Mnt Snowdon, Wales on 15th April 2025.

Jacob wants to achieve this tough challenge in ‘Granny Jean’s’ honour’ who has sadly just passed and was being cared for in her local hospice; whilst also raising funds for this great cause.

Heart of Kent Hospice provides compassionate care and support to over 2,000 local people and their loved ones each year, ensuring they receive the highest quality of life during difficult times.
