On 1st September, my pro dance partner Alberto is dragging me (in heels!) from sunny Spain to Glasgow’s tropical climate 🌧 — all to perform 5 spicy Latin dances and get 150 people shaking their hips.

Why? Because Dementia Friendly Prestwick has been a lifeline for my friend’s family, and it needs our help to keep the music playing, the kettle on, and the smiles flowing.
